Super friendly and helpful staff at the reception, my booking was canceled but they still figured it out. Cozy and stylish hotel. Im definitely booking it again, spacious super clean rooms and superb restaurant. I can definitely recomend it.

The lady at the front desk at this hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help us secure storage for our bikes in the garage while we visited Stuttgarti on July 12, 2019. . The hotel has an authentic German feel to it with a nice pub and garden like patio outside. Breakfast was great. Although the location is not central, the hotel is only a block away from the metro station which is a quick trip into the city centre. The room was spotless and reasonably priced for high season. Fresh fruit and water in the room was a nice touch.

The hotel looks good but the room we've got wasn't comfortable at all, we heard every little noise from a room next to us.

Charged 3x the usual price during a fair in Stuttgart but did in no way make an effort even in the slightest to justify this extortionate ripoff. Lovely chap at reception and friendly breakfast staff sadly undermined by an extremely unpleasant female staff member who does not seem to understand that a decent internet connection should be part of the basics for a hotel that has many corporate guests and charged them through their nose. Very disappointing!

It's a wonderful family hotel with an authentic beautiful interior, bug rooms, friendly staff & tasty breakfast. Weak WiFi and without parking.

Very noisy, staff not really helpful, tiny rooms. But extraordinary breakfast. The greek restaurant next to it is amazing.

A very nice hotel close to the centre of Stuttgart. (Only a 2 minute walk to the train station and 2 stops till the main station.) Very friendly staff and an amazing selection for breakfast. This hotel also allows dogs which is a bonus.

Great hotel, lovely accommodations and beautiful breakfast filled with a wonderful tea selection. Would stay here again.

Nice staff, clean rooms, very good cuisine!

Customer service is great, most staff speak very good English and were helpful beyond measure when I needed to take my partner to a Dr. We really enjoyed​ our stay, and if we find ourselves in Stuttgart again we will be back!
